Did you know that IKEA has zip top bags? THEY’RE SO PRETTY!!
Maybe I’ve been spending too much time there, but last time I went I came across these and I’m so glad I did.
Each bag has a different color and a different printed pattern, so you can easily see the difference sizes.
My daughters just filled a 6 quart bag with two batches of muddy buddies, I don’t know if I was sad to throw away the bag because the muddy-buddies were gone or just sad to throw away such an adorable bag. Some things we will never know.
The bags come in the following sizes:
.04 liter/14 oz. (small sandwich bag)
1 liter/34 oz
1.2 liter/1 quart
2.5 liter/3 quart
4.5 liter/5 quart
6 liter/6 quart
Did I mention that you can recycle these and they are made from a renewable resource? Did I also mention that I wanted my husband to wash the bag the muddy-buddies were in so I could use it again? (I should have showed him this note on the website “Can be used over and over again since it can be re-sealed.” I’m sure he would have like that.)
