INGREDIENTS: 
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 4 cups cooked chickpeas
- 16 oz. chopped broccoli
- 2 cups water
- 1 T. veggie broth powder
- ¼ cashews
- 1-2 T brown mustard
- ¼- ½ t. curry powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Cooked Rice or cauliflower rice or both
DIRECTIONS:
- Saute Onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add chick peas and broccoli.
- In your blender add the water, vegetable broth powder, cashews, brown mustard and curry powder
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour over chick peas and broccoli. Warm through.
- Serve over cooked rice.
